Situated on a hillside just outside the village of Figueira, this lovely villa has commanding views of the village and surrounding countryside.

On the first floor, the entrance hallway leads to a large and light living area, well furnished with satellite television and log burner.  Patio doors open out to the private pool surrounded by extensive terracing and a small garden stocked with orange and lemon trees.  A built-in barbecue makes this area perfect for al-fresco dining.

Also off the hallway there is a separate cloakroom and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.  From the living area, a few steps lead up to a double and a twin bedroom and also a full family bathroom.

Downstairs, on the lower ground floor, there are three bedrooms.  The spacious master bedroom has air conditioning an en-suite bathroom.  A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share a further full family bathroom.  The master bedroom also has doors leading onto the lower terrace and parking area.

Ample parking is provided at both the front and rear of the property.

The villa is only a few minutes drive from beautiful local beaches and approximately fifteen to twenty minutes drive to Lagos.
