Casa Quinta Verde is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa situated just outside the town of Praia da Luz.  Located on the prestigious upper Monte Lemos estate, this villa commands wonderful sea views from all angles.
As you enter the front door, you come into the spacious hallway. Directly to your right is the lounge / dining room, equipped with TV (free view channels), a DVD player, a video  and a stereo. There is a fireplace in the middle. The French windows with automatic shutters lead out onto the large pool terrace, with sun loungers, large marble table, chairs, sunshade and a BBQ.
 Back into the hallway and directly ahead is the fully fitted kitchen, equipped with oven/hob, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing-machine. A door leads out into the side garden of the villa, where there are washing lines.
 To the left of the hall are two twin bedrooms, one with its own en-suite bathroom, both facing into the back garden of the villa. There is a second bathroom in between the two bedrooms.
 A staircase leads up to the first floor, where the 3rd and 4th bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area with mirrored sliding cupboards into which a  safe has been installed. The fourth bedroom also has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have automatic shutters and sliding doors with access to the upstairs terrace.
There are air-conditioning units in all bedrooms and in the lounge.
The villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The pool is approx. 10 x 5m and can be heated on request.
