 Casa Kavine is a modern, fully air conditioned, two bedroom townhouse, with private pool, situated about 600m from the centre of Praia da Luz.
On entering the house, you come into the lounge with two large 2-seater sofas and a coffee table, a large flat screen TV (with free view channels) and a DVD player. There is a gas  fireplace beneath the TV. French windows open out onto a small balcony.
Up a few stairs and to the left is the very well equipped kitchen, with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing-machine. Doors lead out onto  the pool terrace, where there are a table and chairs for “al fresco” dining, along with sun loungers with mattresses and  sunshades. Opposite the kitchen is the dining room, with table and chairs for 6 people: french windows lead out onto the pool terrace.
In between the kitchen and dining room is a cloakroom with W.C., hand basin and mirror above.
Upstairs on the first floor and on the left hand side is the  master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony with sea views.
There are another few steps to the second bedroom, which has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out onto a small balcony, overlooking the pool area.
On the very top floor, there is a small enclosed terrace, with lovely sea views.
