 Casa dos Passarinhos is a new, very modern six bedroom villa with private pool, located on the prestigious upper Monte Lemos estate in Praia da Luz.
As you go through the remote controlled gate, there is a cobbled driveway leading up to the front door. On entering, the first room on your right is a very modern shower-room with toilet, handbasin with mirror above and heated towel rails. This  shower room has two doors, so can be used either as a private en-suite for the first bedroom or as a communal bathroom, depending on which door is locked.
Next to this shower room is the first bedroom, which is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. Sliding doors with electric blinds open out onto the balcony, which looks over the pool area and has good seaviews.
 Straight ahead from the front door is the spacious living room with fireplace, two sofas, a pouffe and a lovely wooden coffee table in the middle. There is a large flat screen TV to the left hand side, with a Bose system. The living room is airconditioned.
The dining area is at the rear of the living room. Both the living room and the dining area have sliding doors with electric  blinds that open out onto the front balcony, which looks out over the pool area and has superb seaviews. There is a table and chairs on this balcony for “al fresco” dining.
To the left of the front door is the kitchen, facing the back of t he villa. It is fully equipped with oven/hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher and there is a large, black marble worktop in the centre of the kitchen. Another door leads directly from the kitchen through to the dining area.
 Downstairs, the first bedroom on the left is furnished with two twin beds, two bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom faces the back of the villa.
The second bedroom on the left has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom has sliding doors (with electric blinds) that lead out directly onto the pool area.
 Next to this bedroom is another very modern shower room, with toilet, hand basin with mirror above and heated towel rails.
Further down the hall to the left hand side is a bedroom with one single bed, one bedside table with lamp and fitted  wardrobes. This bedroom also has sliding doors (with electric blinds) which open out directly onto the pool and terrace area.
Directly opposite this bedroom is a very spacious shower room, with toilet, hand basin with mirror above and heated towel rails.
Next to this shower room is another bedroom with two twin beds, two bedside tables with lamps, and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom also faces the back of the villa.
 Finally, at the end of the hall, there is the master bedroom which has a double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, two sets of fitted wardrobes and sliding doors (with electric blinds) that lead directly out onto the pool terrace. It also has an en-suite bathroom, which consists of toilet, bidet, hand basin with mirror above, bath, separate shower and heated towel rails. All 6 bedrooms have air-conditioning units.
 The pool area is spacious with plenty of terracing and is equipped with sun loungers, sunshade and a table and chairs.
This beautiful villa is only 1 km away from the many excellent bars and restaurants of Praia da Luz. Luz is also an excellent base from which to discover the rest of the beautiful Western Algarve and with the town of Lagos only about 10 minutes drive away as well, the choice of activities and places to visit and explore from this area is exceptional.
