Outside, there is a large pool which is heated from about Easter to the end of October, a pool for children and extensive sun terraces.
Praia da Luz is only about ten minutes drive from the cosmopolitan town of Lagos with it's fine Marina and beaches and a wide selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. Luz is also an excellent base from which to explore the magnificent scenery of the Western Algarve. Drive west for less than thirty minutes and you reach almost deserted beaches, Cape St. Vincent and the west coast .
