The apartments are about 5 minutes drive into Lagos Marina and the town centre where there are many shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Meia Praia is a magnificent beach which stretches 5 kms from Lagos to the Alvor estuary. Palmares Golf Course, where part of the course is a links course, is only minutes away, with Boavista Golf Course being around 10 minutes drive to the west.
Mira Baia is a blend of two and three bedroom apartments, newly completed for the 2007 season with private on site car parking with lifts to all floors. The apartments are air conditioned and have well furnished living/dining rooms with satellite TV (limited channels), CD, DVD players and a radio. Patio doors lead out onto balconies which is furnished with table and chairs for outside dining. The kitchens are fully equipped with a hob (2 gas and 2 electric rings), electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and the usual kettle, toaster, iron and board. The 3 bedroom apartments have a separate kitchen whilst the 2 bedroom apartments have a kitchen integral with the living space.
The bedrooms are also well furnished with built in wardrobes and safes. At least one of the bedrooms (usually the master bedroom) has patio doors opening onto the balcony. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower room with jet shower. There is a separate bathroom with a spa bath serving the other bedroom(s). The second bedroom has twin beds and in the 3 bedroom apartments, the final room has a double bed.
From the rooftop pool and sun terrace, there are magnificent views of Lagos Bay and the town. Plenty of loungers are provided on the pool terrace for those who like to soak up the sun.
