Casa Baia is a delightful three bedroom duplex house in a quiet location on the west edge of Praia da Luz about 15 minutes walk from the centre of the town and the beach. The house stands in a position offering outstanding views of the ocean and coastline and also the pool area which is shared with two other houses. It is within easy reach of the local restaurants and is only a short drive to the bustling town of Lagos with its attractive Marina, shops and restaurants. Golf is available at the three nearby courses, Boavista, Parque da Floresta and Palmares, all within a comfortable 10 - 20 minute drive.
The living area is on the first floor to take full advantage of the views. The spacious lounge with dining area is very light, airy and tastefully furnished. Patio doors lead to a generous balcony furnished with table and chairs perfect for outside dining overlooking the sea. Satellite TV (limited channels) is provided and there is an open feature fireplace.
The large kitchen is extremely well equipped with a fridge freezer, full cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and the usual kettle, toaster and iron/board.
Stairs lead down to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment. There are two further bedrooms, both furnished with twin rooms which share the second bathroom also with a bath and shower over. The master bedroom and one of the twin rooms also have good views and patio doors which lead to a large terrace, equipped with ample sun loungers. Steps lead from the terrace to the pool area. The pool is heated by solar panels and so should be warm for most of the year. Air conditioning is provided in the lounge and three bedrooms.
Praia da Luz is an excellent base from which to discover the rest of the beautiful Western Algarve and with the town of Lagos only about 10 minutes drive away as well, the choice of activities and places to visit and explore from this area is exceptional.
