 Located in the Monte Lemos area of Praia da Luz, Casa Encantadora is conveniently situated approximately 15 minutes walk from the beach and just 10 minutes walk from many of the shops, bars and restaurants that the town offers. The villa is set in a walled garden with ample parking space for two or three cars and is accessed by security gates. The property is mostly terraced with landscaped garden areas and there is a good sized pool with an outside shower - plenty of outside lounging and dining furniture is provided for your enjoyment as is the built in charcoal barbeque area located to one side of the house.
 The kitchen, living/dining room and one twin bedroom with en suite shower room are downstairs. The kitchen is large with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washer/dryer together with the usual kettle, toaster, iron and board.

The villa benefits from under floor heating which, together with the log burner in the sitting room, provides all the comfort needed for the cooler evenings of the winter. Satellite TV (limited channels only), a radio/tape/CD player, DVD and a Play station with separate small screen is also provided. The ground floor bedroom is twin bedded with an en suite shower room and there is also a separate cloakroom.
 Upstairs, the master bedroom has patio doors leading out onto two terraces, both furnished with table and chairs and having a good sea views. The bed can made up as a double or two singles and the en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over. The third bedroom is twin bedded with an en suite shower room and patio doors to a small terrace, furnished with table and chairs, which also enjoys a good seaview.
 Casa Encantadora is conveniently situated within walking distance of all the amenities of Praia da Luz which, in itself, is a good location from which to explore the wonderful coastal scenery of the Western Algarve and the west coast. Praia da Luz is only 10 minutes drive from Lagos and the journey from the airport will take appoximately one hour.
