 Conveniently located close to the centre of Praia da Luz, Casa Paraiso is a three bedroom linked villa within Porto do Paraiso, a collection of 11 townhouses and 2 apartments with a shared pool and gardens. The house is only a few minutes walk from the shops, the wonderful sandy beach, the bars and  the wealth of restaurants that Praia da Luz has to offer. The shared pool area has a large sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, lawn and flower beds. The pool is kidney shaped with steps at one end and there is a pool for children which is approximately 3m in diameter.
Casa Paraiso is furnished to a high standard, is double glazed and has a small terrace with a gate  which leads to the pool and sun terrace area. A large roof terrace makes up for the small one at ground floor level. The accommodation is on two floors. On the ground floor, the entrance hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen including full cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave; there is also a walk in pantry providing plenty of storage  space. The large living/dining area has satellite TV (free channels - BBC, ITV, Sky News), fireplace, a three piece suite and dining table to seat six. Patio doors lead to a small terrace with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining and access to the pool area. Loungers and outside dining furniture are also available on the  roof terrace. A small cloakroom leads off the hall. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and one twin. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and there is another family bathroom with bath and shower over. Air conditioning is provided in the living room.
Casa Paraiso makes an ideal location for a holiday at any time of the year. Praia da Luz is also an excellent base from which to discover the rest of the beautiful Western Algarve; the choice of activities and places to visit and explore from this area is exceptional.
 The cosmopolitan town of Lagos, which many believe to be the best on the Algarve, is only about 10 minutes drive away. The Marina dominates the river as it opens into the sea and you can choose activities such as deep sea fishing, a dolphin seafari trip and yacht hire. Lagos is an historic town with some city walls still standing after the earthquake of 1755 and there are several museums and churches worth a visit. This is a working Portuguese town with markets, shops and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The fabulous west coast beaches, where the surfing is renowned, are only 30 minutes drive away and the Monchique hills and the historic old capital of the Algarve, Silves, is an equal distance the other way. A car is not essential for your holiday enjoyment but to gain an appreciation of just what the Western Algarve can offer, a car is recommended.
