The quiet, prestigious area of Parque da Praia is situated just two minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Praia da Luz, yet is close to all local amenities, making it an ideal location for family holidays.

Villa Papoila enjoys the use of private shared gardens, lawns and a swimming pool with three other similar villas.  There is ample space and garden furniture is provided. 

The villa has three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded.  The two twin rooms each have a balcony overlooking the pool and share a fully fitted bathroom which also houses the washing machine.  The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool.

The lounge / dining room has patio doors leading onto a private patio, the gardens and pool. The dining area seats six and the lounge is fitted with a gas fire - a stereo and satellite TV are provided.  The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. 

The villa is double-glazed and visitors are respectfully asked to observe the no smoking request within the house.
