HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE:- Including the interaction, the time it takes to change clothes and the educational session, participants will be involved for about 90 mins, approximately 30 mins is spent in the water.
WHO CAN TAKE PART:- In order to take part, you must be at least 8 years old, not be pregnant, be able to swim and have no physical or psychological problems that could limit your ability to take part.
REQUIREMENT PRIOR TO INTERACTION:- You must be at the reservations stand 60 mins before the session begins in order to register and be given the rules. All objects, including glasses have to be removed and a shower must be taken before entering the water.
REQUIREMENTS DURING THE INTERACTION:- The use of a wet suit or vest supplied by Zoomarine is compulsory, personal swimwear is worn under this. All instructions given by Zoomarine professionals must be strictly followed. The dolphins should be treated with respect and there should be no behaviour, which will excite or alarm them. STAY CALM
OTHER INFORMATION:- Each participant should have a specific ticket. Participants are allowed to take spectators into the interaction area. Participants in the programme may be accompanied by 2 adults (≥ 11 years old) at no extra charge. Extra guests must purchase a spectator ticket for an additional charge, paid locally. A spectator may be accompanied by 2 children under the age of eleven. Spectators will remain in an area next to the lake and will have no access to the dolphins. All participants and spectators must have purchased their entry ticket to Zoomarine.
