INCLUDED:- CDW, airport taxes, IVA (21%), unlimited Kms, green card, road tax, extra drivers & baby seats. There is an excess on the insurance of 700 Euros, which can be insured against by paying 9 Euros/day at the desk.
EXTRAS:- Out of hours: 25 Euros. Normal hours are 07.00 - 24.00 at Faro and 08.00 - 21.00 at Lisbon (this is for those who have an early flight and wish their cars to be checked before leaving them).
COLLECTION AND RETURN OF ALL CARS IS AT THE AIRPORT
NOTES:
1. Minimum rental is 3 days, costed at 50% of weekly rate. 4 and 5 days rentals are pro-rated on the 3 day rate and 6 day rentals are charged at the weekly rate.
2. Cars are requested by group, models shown are for guidance only
3. The car should be returned to the airport with the same amount of fuel that it left with, otherwise there will be a charge.
4. The minimum age for hiring a vehicle is 23, maximum age 75. Drivers should have held a full license for at least one year. It is the client's responsibility to be aware of Portuguese driving laws.
5. To be covered by insurance, all drivers must be mentioned on the rental agreement.
6. Under Portuguese law, a driver has no insurance if driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs etc. is insane or using the car for any sporting competitions.
7. Clients are responsible for emergency equipment and repairs to tyres, glass, wheels and locks, these are not covered by any insurance.
8. All extras are to be paid locally in Euros.
9. A blank credit card slip is retained in case of damage to the car, to the maximum of the insurance excess and to cover any fuel shortage.
10. Rates are applicable to Faro airport and deliveries within 50 Kms
