 for air conditioning add £70 pw for a 2 bedroom property,  £90 pw for a 3 bedroom, £110 pw for a 4 bedroom & £130 pw for a 5 bedroom property

pool heating (where available) £220 pw

stays of less than 1 week are for a minumum of 2 nights & are charged at one fifth of the weekly rate per night

pro rata daily rates apply where the stay spans seasons
