The Western Algarve is a wonderful destination for a holiday offering all the ingredients needed for everyone to find their ideal choice.
Join us there in 2005 and see if we are right!
Try using the search and sort facility on www.algarve-retreats.co.uk to select from our portfolio of villas and apartments in and around Lagos, Praia da Luz, Burgau, Salema, Budens and Figueira, to find that perfect property for your 2005 holiday but if you would like a brochure, click here.
The media has recently highlighted the unfortunate case of a young woman who was seriously injured in an accident in Spain. She was carrying an E111 and so received hospital treatment for her injuries without a problem. However, special medical transport arrangements were needed to enable her to be returned to the UK and her family were faced with raising around £10,000 to pay for this as she had no insurance cover. Travel insurance is readily available, at a reasonable cost, from many sources now and we would always recommend making it part of your holiday plans. Are you looking for that special outing? Why not take a trip on the Dolphin Seafari? Jump aboard the special rib boat in Lagos Marina and head off out into the bay. The boats meet the highest safety standards and are the same as those used by the Navy and Greenpeace. It shouldn't be long before you find them: big ones and little ones all swimming around and under the boat - don't forget the camera. After following the dolphins, it is time for a fast ride home!

Befriended on Praia D'Ana beach and rescued from the cat's home, Ana arrived safely in the UK earlier this month after having served her 6 months quarantine with Heather near Bee Eater Meadow. Her introduction to Tasneen's household has been planned with great care and supervised meetings with the resident feline, Milli, are underway - it's a stressful time for all up there in Manchester but we wish them every success and hope Ana picks the language up quickly!
