Last year Tasneem and her family, on holiday with Algarve Retreats, met a cat on Praia Dona Ana beach living the life of a beach stray.  Three months later the cat was rediscovered in the local animal rescue centre and adopted by Tasneem.  Now named Ana, she was transferred into Heather's care for tlc, jabs and quarantine.  Celia, Dave, Laura and Hannah, another family recently holidaying with Algarve Retreats, paid a visit to Ana's place just down the road from Bee-Eater Meadow and, although Ana refused to give them a quote, she allowed this photo to be taken.  Ana is scheduled to come to the UK before the end of the year - watch this space for the final installment!
